Introduction

The Crown Hotel offers a choice of conference and meeting facilities all with wire-less internet connection. Featuring 10 meeting and syndicate rooms including the Garden of Eden Suite, which can accommodate up to 175 delegates and opens onto the landscaped grounds of the hotel.

In addition, there are smaller meeting and syndicate rooms, all benefitting from natural daylight. The skilled Conference and Banqueting team is on hand to help you plan your event. There is a unique range of private dining rooms to choose from, which can be used individually or collectively to meet the needs of your guest list.

Flip Chart, Pens, Overhead Projector and Screen, 35 mm Slide Projector, VHS Video Player and 20" Monitor, Amplifier, Microphones, Lectern.

Team Activities

Private fishing on the river, clay pigeon shooting and golf can be organised to suit your delegates or clients. Team building games and activities are available, including Laserquest, bowling and indoor go-karting, while outdoor challenges such as quad bikes and abseiling can also be organised.

Theme Evenings

Special theme evenings can be arranged on request and your suggestions are welcome. We'll gladly tailor an evening's entertainment, and indeed your whole business booking, to your particular needs.

Conference Rate Guide Package

The Crown Hotel offer the following inclusive packages and rates for 24-hour and eight-hour conferences. These can be tailored to suit your individual requirements, which we would be happy to discuss with you.

Terms and Conditions

Full terms and conditions are detailed on the reverse of our business order form, which will be provided by the hotel once confirmation of reservation is received. These will protect both parties and cover charges and payment. Amendments and cancellation by the client. Amendment or cancellation by the hotel. Client's use of the hotel, plus arrival and departure. Insurance liability. Emergency evacuation. General terms and conditions. Delegate rates are based on a minimum of ten people. Includes VAT at 17.5%.

Eight-hour Delegate Rate includes:

  • Morning tea/coffee and Danish pastries on arrival
  • Mid-morning tea/coffe and biscuits
  • Hot and cold buffet lunch

  • Main meeting room hire

24 Hours

24-Hour Delegate Rate includes:

  • Overnight accommodation
