A semi soft, ripened goats cheese with a white moulded rind. Plently of flavour! 

Cumberland Farmhouse 
Every bit the traditional English cheese. Made with raw Dairy Shorthorn Cow;s milk. Matured in cloth, it developes a full rounded flavour and a smooth buttery texture. 

Cumberland Oak Smoked 
A traditional English style cheese. Matured in cloth for a few months before being smoked over pure Cumbrian Oak in our own rustic smokehouse – a very popular cheese. 

Blue Whinnow 
A delicately Blued cheese with a supple body, good patnered with a dry sherry 

Crofton
