The Conservatory Restaurant

The Conservatory overlooks our beautiful landscaped gardens and offers guests a quality dining experience with a modern European twist. Menus change frequently and feature a wide selection of dishes with an exciting balance of flavours, richness, texture and colour using the best local ingredients presented simply and elegantly. The large conservatory with it's wooden beams and striking red quarry tiles has been simply, yet classically decorated using warm and relaxing colours, complimented by sandalwood blinds, dark wooden tables and plush Queen Ann seating.

Walton's Bar is now open all day serving a selection of morning snacks and coffees from 10am with the full menu available from midday through to 9:30pm (9pm on Sundays)

Start your day with a conservatory breakfast - whether it is a light and healthy option of fresh fruit, cereals and juices, or a more traditional full english breakfast, freshly cooked and served piping hot at your table.

Waltons Bar

Walton’s Bar is The Crown’s own traditional village pub, popular with both residents and locals alike. The bar serves a selection of real ales from local breweries which CAMRA members can enjoy with a 10% discount. Walton’s offers a tasty alternative to The Conservatory Restaurant, offering a selection of dishes from our new and improved menu.

Walton’s is now open all day with various food options for you to enjoy. The bar will open at 10 am and offer light snacks, Danish pastries, croissants and bacon rolls in addition to a selection of coffees until noon. From noon until 6 pm the popular sandwich bar will be available with a choice of classic or premium fillings. Also commencing at noon is our full menu and this will be available until 9:30 pm (9 pm on Sundays). In addition to the main menu there will also be a daily specials board to provide even more temptation.

On selected dates throughout the year we will be hosting our regular monthly Quiz Nights, our ever popular Open Mic Nights and live music nights.

Afternoon Tea

Our ever popular afternoon tea is available daily from 2pm – 5pm and is served in either the Conservatory Lounge or the McLaren Lounge. Guests can also opt to have afternoon tea served in the garden if the weather permits. Our afternoon tea is great value at £13.50 per person and includes a selection of finger sandwiches, sausage roll, freshly baked scone with jam & cream, a selection of cakes and tea or coffee. If it is a special occasion you can upgrade your afternoon tea to include a glass of sparkling wine for a small supplement.
