The Conservatory Restaurant
The consistency of our quality of food and standards of service in the Conservatory Restaurant have been recognised yet again with an AA Rosette for 2015 / 2016 in recognition of our fine food and excellent service.
Restaurant Head Chef, Paul Taylor:
“I am delighted that the AA has once again recognised the consistent commitment and passion my team and I put in on a daily basis. Good news once again for Carlisle”
The Conservatory Restaurant overlooks our beautiful landscaped gardens and offers guests a quality dining experience with a modern European twist. Menus change frequently and feature a wide selection of dishes with an exciting balance of flavours, richness, texture and colour using the best local ingredients presented simply and elegantly.
The large conservatory with it's wooden beams and striking red quarry tiles has been simply, yet classically decorated using warm and relaxing colours, complimented by sandalwood blinds, dark wooden tables and plush Queen Ann seating.
We are able to accommodate most dietary requirements. Please advise our staff if you have any food allergies in order that we advise on the suitability of dishes on our menus.
